Salvage Order on Little Camas, Mountain Home Reservoirs

Because of low water, the Idaho Department of Fish and Game has removed the bag, possession, and size limits on Little Camas and Mountain Home reservoirs. Drought and high irrigation demands, will drain the two Elmore County reservoirs by mid to late summer. Fish in these reservoirs will be killed as water levels drop and conditions become unsuitable. Bag, possession, and size limits will be removed on Mountain Home and Little Camas reservoirs and their outlets effective August 3 through November 30. Fish may be taken by any method except firearms, explosives, chemicals, or electric current, and a valid Idaho fishing license is required to salvage fish.
