Salvage Order Issued for Winder Reservoir

The southeast regional office of the Idaho Department of Fish and Game has been notified by the Twin Lakes Canal Company that Winder Reservoir in Franklin County will be drained this summer because of drought. Therefore, Fish and Game is issuing a salvage order for Winder Reservoir, effective through October 31. All bag, possession, size and number limits have been lifted. Fish may be taken by any method except use of firearms, explosives, chemicals or electric current. A valid Idaho fishing license is also required.
