Iraq Raincheck

Members of the U.S. military who cannot participate in hunting or fishing because of the armed conflict in Iraq are entitled to a refund on licenses and tags or may take a raincheck for the 2004 seasons.
Meeting in Lewiston April 24, the Idaho Fish and Game Commission unanimously approved a department recommendation to offer refunds or rainchecks to those license holders called to active duty for the military action in Iraq. This is a temporary rule to be added to the regular refund policy.
The temporary rule applies to both resident and nonresident military personnel
