idfg-nnokkentved
Idaho Department of Fish and Game conservation officer Robert Sellers was recognized by the U.S. Forest Service at an April 17 ceremony in Meridian. Sellers was honored for his years of partnership with that agency to protect natural resources, agency employees and the public. He received a plaque, a letter of thanks from Boise National Forest Supervisor Richard A. Smith and a Boise National Forest belt buckle. "Officer Sellers and U.S. Forest Service officers are the people that outdoorsmen go to when they need help," Fish and Game district conservation officer Bill London said. "Bob has always been happy to lend a hand." Sellers is stationed in Mountain Home and works regularly with Boise National Forest employees. He has often been called on to back-up Forest Service officers in remote areas, and he has assisted with drug interdiction and the removal of illegal marijuana growing operations.
