Sportsmen's Chili Cook-Off

The Idaho Department of Fish and Game will host the 4th Annual Sportsmen's Chili Cook-Off from 6:30 - 9 p.m. Thursday, January 12, at the Jerome regional office, 324 South 417 East, Highway 93 Business Park. Participants are invited to bring their favorite chili or just come and sample the different flavors and talk with Fish and Game staff about current issues. "It is a great event," Fish and Game Regional Supervisor Jerome Hansen said. "Last year we had over 20 chili entries and more that 60 sportsmen attended. Ever year it just continues to get bigger and better." After the feed, Fish and Game Department staff members will provide updates on the Blair Fire and the Idaho Wildlife Summit.
