Spaces Still Open for Hunter Ed Classes

Several upcoming rifle hunter education classes in the Magic Valley Region still have spaces available for those who missed the registration week. Anyone born on or after January 1, 1975 must complete the state-approved hunter education course before buying a license to hunt in Idaho. If you plan to hunt this year, this will be your last chance to register for a class. Class locations, starting dates, and number of spaces still open are:
Buhl, Sept. 15--12 spaces available Burley, Sept. 19--7 spaces available Hailey, Aug. 14--17 spaces available Jerome, Aug. 2--11 spaces available Jerome, Sept. 26--16 spaces available Kimberly, Aug. 7--16 spaces available Twin Falls, Aug. 14--21 spaces available Twin Falls, Aug. 28--23 spaces available Wendell, Aug. 7--20 spaces available
To find out about the remaining class dates, times, and locations, and to register, contact Clayton Nielson or Mike Todd at the Magic Valley Region Fish and Game Office, Jerome, at 324-4359, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The cost is $8.00 per student, payable before classes begin.
