Q. When will the big game rule books for 2009 be available?
A. They should be available in early April. The 2009 books will go to the printer right after the Idaho Fish and Game Commission sets the 2009 seasons for deer, elk, pronghorn, black bear and mountain lion at a special meeting March 23 and 24. They will be sent out to license vendors as soon as they come back from the printer.
