The A tag has a quota of 1900, while the B tag quota is 4000.
So what does this mean for you? Weiser River Zone A and B tags will be sold on a first come - first served basis. Tags will be sold to residents starting at 10 a.m. (Mountain Time) on July 10. Tags can be purchased online at idfg.idaho.gov , over the phone at 1-800-554-8685, or at any Fish and Game license vendor. Tags were available to nonresidents beginning December 1.
Fish and Game encourages hunters to purchase their license and any other tags beforehand in order to make this process as efficient as possible. Hunters who purchase licenses and tags online also have to set up an account with a personal password for added security, which should also be done prior to the tags going on sale.
