Winter feeding last occurred in the late 90’s in the Stanley area.
March 6, 2017 status report
Desite intermittent snow storms, winter range if fairly accessible for big game. Elke are moving to higher elevations on south facing slopes. Winter feeding operations are not occuring in the Salmon region.
