You are invited to the Idaho Fish and Game Morrison Knudsen Nature Center’s annual Spring Wildlife Celebration Saturday, April 27 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This family-friendly event costs $3 per person, ages three and over, and includes fun, hands-on activities geared toward youth.

Various education stations will be available to learn about a variety of Idaho wildlife and wildlife-related recreation. People can see a live peregrine falcon to learn about Idaho raptors. If camping is in your summer plans, the bear station will help you learn about Idaho’s bears and how to be bear aware. Retrieving dog demonstrations will help you learn how these dogs are important partners for bird hunters. Other hands-on education stations will be located around the nature center grounds, and include making plaster casts of animal tracks, feather painting and more. Also be sure to check out the Idaho Native Plant Society’s native plant sale, going on nearby on April 27.
