That portion of Unit 3, that is south of Interstate 90 on or within one mile of private agricultural lands within the following boundary: beginning at 4th of July Pass on Interstate 90 take Forest Service Road 614 south to East Blue Lake Road, then south on Thompson Creek to Coeur d'Alene River then follow Coeur d'Alene River east to Evans Creek, then south to East Rainy Hill Road, then east to State Highway 3, then south on State Highway 3 to Mission Point on the St Joe River then follow east shoreline of Round and Coeur d'Alene Lakes to Interstate 90 then to point of beginning. "Private agricultural lands" are defined as privately-owned lands that are used for growing or storing plants for profit, in the form of pasture or stored feed for animal production, croplands, nurseries, vineyards, or orchards, but which do not include private timberlands. Area Size: 81,338 acres
