That portion of Unit 48 within the Big Wood River drainage south and west of State Highway 75 upstream from and including the Baker Creek drainage; and that portion of Unit 43 east of Little Smoky Creek and east of Big Smoky Creek from its mouth upstream to Blind Canyon Creek and upstream and east of Blind Canyon Creek.
