Anderson Ranch Reservoir

Anderson Ranch Reservoir in Elmore County is 4,607.7 acres.
Anderson Ranch Reservoir is most notably a Kokanee fishery; however, anglers can also catch Rainbow Trout, Bull Trout, Fall Chinook, Smallmouth Bass, Yellow Perch, and the occasional Mountain Whitefish. Depending on the Spring, Kokanee fishing typically starts in mid/late April. Early season, Kokanee can be caught relatively shallow (1-15 feet). As the season warms up, downriggers are needed to catch them at depths that typically range from 35-80 feet.

Daily Bag Limits
The following daily bag limits apply to all waters within each region except as modified in the Special Rules. The possession limit is 3-times the daily bag limit after the second day of the season.
