Survey
Survey Site:
North Fork Pearl Creek
Survey Intensity:
very thorough
Population
EO Number:
2
Population Area:
0.391 ha.
More potential habitat to survey:
no
Additional population comments:
Plants were observed at only 1 out of 4 sub-occurrences. No plants were observed at the 3 northern sub-occurrences. Soil erosion resulting from 1994 high severity fire disturbance in the area may have contributed to the extirpation of plants previously present at the northwest-most sub-occurrence. At other sub-occurrences atypical habitat is present and locations may be incorrectly mapped. Plants are locally common in the vicinity of monitoring plot 2-4, located in the southwestern-most sub-occurrence.
