Abstract:

Relational database storing point observation data (both incidental and survey records) in a Microsoft SQL table structure, utilized primarily via a Microsoft Access front end. The database was built initially to accommodate animal data, but also contains a subset of point data for plants. Record count is 175,284, and these were migrated in 2013/2014 to the online IFWIS Species Diversity Database.
