IBO’s 2011 annual report on fall migration monitoring of raptors and songbirds along the Boise Ridge, Idaho. A total of 5,985 migrant raptors were counted for a passage rate of 13.5 raptors per hour. A total of 1,023 diurnal raptors were banded at two banding stations during 112 station-days of operation. In songbird mist nets, a total of 5,196 birds of 52 species were captured during 4,364.5 mist-net hours. And a total of 595 owls were banded during 1,584 station-hours.
