Abstract:

This partial report draft mentions that the goal of the authors' study was to provide a more complete understanding of the amphibian and reptile species that occur within the Orchard Training Area (OTA), Ada County, Idaho. Through a systematic and rigorous study on the ground, they hoped to enhance the information available for management decision making so that the area would continue to be used for military maneuvers while also ensuring the persistence of the naturally occurring amphibian and reptile species. Three data spreadsheets accompany the draft report.
