Abstract:

This report summarizes sea duck management activities, last done in 2007. Discussed is information about Pacific Flyway sea duck populations, sea duck population trends, hunting seasons, harvest estimates and hunting activity, recruitment estimates, survival estimates (including band recoveries and movement information), harvest management options, preferred harvest management strategy, and future management and research needs.
