Abstract:

This report presents results of eight surveys conducted between December 16, 1983, and August 11, 1984, for Speleomaster lexi in lava tube caves of eastern Idaho. The goal of the study was to determine the range of S. lexi and/or any other native phalangids. Phalangids, however, were elusive or reclusive, and no conclusions were drawn regarding range, habitat, or number of species.
