The Idaho Native Plant Society Rare Plant Working Group Discussion Forums (INPS-RPWG Forums) were created to give the three RPWGs a convenient, secure, accessible online venue to create and discuss rare plant rankings. They can be found at http://inpsrareplants.forumatic.com.<br /> These instructions are meant as a detailed guide to phpBB forums in general and the INPS-RPWG forums in particular, for people who have never used a message board before. Anyone familiar with discussion boards in general or phpBB 3 in particular can skim this document. There is also a phpBB user tutorial available1; the most relevant sections will likely be Registering on a phpBB3 Board, Orienting Yourself in the User Control Panel, Mastering the Posting Screen, and Communicate with Private Messages. The tutorial pages are also a decent next step for one who has finished learning from this document.
