Abstract:

Glacicavicola bathysciodes Westcott is probably the most interesting and enigmatic leiodid beetle in North America. Until now it has been known only from cold (0°-4°C) and moist sites in lava tube caves in the Snake River Lava Plains of southern Idaho. This note records the presence of the species in a limestone cave in western Wyoming.
