Notes:

Location: This book is not in our IDNHP network files, nor in the disks of scanned documents (August 2017).

NOTE: Not being able to see the book, it's unclear whether a title page gives the title as in this record: Handbook to the Middle Fork of the Salmon River canyon. The cover that's visible on Amazon doesn't include the word "canyon" in the title, but it is the same cover as shown for the 1993(?) edition so might not be the same. In 1981 there were paperback and spiral versions of the book.
