Abstract:

In an effort to clarify the relationship of a large number of species of leafhoppers formerly included in the genus Thamnotettix, several new genera have been erected. The present treatment is an attempt to establish certain of these species belonging to two genera—Cyperana and Paluda—on the basis of the internal genital characters of the males. The coloration and other characters are also given in the descriptions.
