Abstract:

This document transmits the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's (Service) biological opinion (Opinion) based on our review of 27 ongoing Bureau of Land Management (Bureau) livestock grazing actions located on Federal lands within the Bureau’s Four Rivers Field Office and Jarbidge Field Office in Ada, Adams, Boise, Canyon, Elmore, Gem, Owyhee, Payette, Twin Falls, Valley, and Washington counties, Idaho, and their effects on the threatened slickspot peppergrass (Lepidium papilliferum) in accordance with section 7 of the Endangered Species Act (Act) of 1973, as amended (16 U.S.C. 1531 et seq.).
