Abstract:

The Idaho Invasive Species Council and the Idaho State Department of Agriculture prepared this document to provide a framework and strategy for the State of Idaho’s Eurasian watermilfoil eradication program. The document includes goals and objectives, recommendations from the Idaho Eurasian watermilfoil Peer Panel, management approaches for different portions of the state, technical information about the species, surveys for the species in Idaho, management techniques available in the state, management efforts through 2007 throughout the state, applied research and related work, and references. Appendices include the Eurasian watermilfoil Peer Panel report and a treatment method summary.
