There is a fishing dock, but this lake is ideally fished from a small boat. Granite Lake offers easy access to good fishing for stocked rainbow trout and panfish. A small camping area is nestled in the trees across from the dock.

Directions

Travel 3 miles north of Athol on US Hwy 95 and take the Granite Lake/Kelso Lake turn-off (west side of Hwy 95 just as the north-bound lane transitions into a passing lane.) Go west on a gravel road about 0.5 mile, cross the railroad tracks and turn left at the junction. Granite Lake is down the hill about 0.25 mile on your left. Kelso Lake is 0.25 mile past Granite Lake.
