Upper Twin Lake (45.26812 N, -116.20750 W) is a 2.7 ha lake located at an elevation of 2361 m in the Salmon River drainage 40 km north of McCall. The lake is accessed by hiking 3.9 km on the Hard Butte Trail (off Hazard Lake Road). The lake is within 400 m cross-country of Lower Twin Lake. * these directions are meant as a general guide.
