A peaceful lake stocked with rainbow trout, channel catfish, and lots of small bluegill that will thrill young anglers. There is a single fishing dock to help with access in this forested and picturesque rural setting.

Directions

From US Hwy 95, 3 miles south of Sagle or 2 miles north of Westmond, turn west onto Dufort Rd. Go past Round Lake State Park and turn left just before crossing Cocolalla Slough. In about 0.7 mile watch for a small sign on the left that marks the dirt road to Jewel Lake. Continue up and over the hill about 3.5 miles. Public access is at the far end of the lake.
