Species Account:
Deer was in road, I attempted to avoid the animal, but it ran right in my cars path. I was not going very fast, but fast enough that it broke its back and paralyzed the animal. When I approached it, it attempted to run but only had the use of its front legs. I dispatched the animal humanely to end its suffering.
