While coming along the dam from out day out birding, Bobbi and I saw the Henderson bunch (8 of them!) out with scopes and such. They were watching a loon in breeding plumage. Nice! Also helped them ID a female Red-breasted Merganser which they thought it was but wasn't quite sure. Nice bunch of folks!
