Species Account:
First day of a road trip with Connor Roland, we left Olympia in the AM, and drove straight through to Bruneau Dunes. It was very windy and hot when we arrived, but the wind died down in the evening. Connor and I hiked up the near dune after dinner. Enjoyed an astronomy presentation with several telescopes after dark, saw Saturn and the Ring Nebula. Got to bed late. Good campground.
