Weekly Idaho IBA count at this location. Water level in the reservoir is still maintaining with very little to no new mud. Unusual species observed this a.m. Swainson's Hawk - southbound migrants. Black-belled Plover just starting into winter plumage and also an early arrival to this area during migration was they are usually seen in early October. Sanderling. Bird appears to be an adult in transition from breeding plumage to winter plumage.
