The Gyrfalcon was observed at the intersection of Reservation Line Road and Beaver Road. Two people observed it from the Boat Ramp at Mann Lake (spotting scope) and Jerry Cebula looked at the bird as he stopped unter the power poll it was perched on and it remained their until he got to the lake. The bird was observed at approximately 8:15 a.m. The bird flew west toward Lewiston, Idaho and could have proceeded into Asotin County Washington.
