On May 29th, 2024 in the late morning a juvenile cougar crossed our logging road in front of our 10 yr. old it was running away from him through the woods and crossed about 30’ in front of him. May 30th, 2024 in the late afternoon a juvenile cougar walked out of the trees along our driveway 13 feet in front of two of us. It wasn’t scared, didn’t run and didn’t approach or look at us, just walked right in front and slightly away at an angle across our driveway back into the trees. From head to tip of tail it’s under 5 feet long and without tail approx. 3.5 feet, maybe not fully grown?
