Species Account:
Wildlife Services incidentally trapped a wolverine. Animal hadn’t been in trap long, no blood or damage anywhere. But when he tried to get catch pole around its neck to release it, animal really struggled, remove the noose several times, lunged at Doug a couple of times, and began biting at the trap. Doug said by time he got it released it had bitten off a couple of toes.
