Species Account:
We viewed the Wolverine at the NW edge of Baptie Lake at 1930 on Saturday September 3, 2022. We were about 50yards away at the west end of the lake.Unsure if it was just getting a drink but there is plenty of other water around for it to drink. We viewed it for approximately 20 seconds at the waters edge then it turned and ran straight up the waterfall to Goat lake. We lost sight of it near the Crest of the cliff. It was hard to tell but it looked like there may have been a cave in the rocks near the top it went in to. We did not see it again but the next morning around 0900 people on the other side of the lake observed it in generally the same location and watched it run up the waterfall again. They got a video of it and hopefully they send in their own report.
