Species Account:
Morning of April 21st. Approx 830am. Observed one adult ewe and two yearlings (sex unidentifiable) on south flank south flank of Stouts Mtn, traversing cliffs, 1/2mi east of pine creek bridge. Observed from roadway, 80-100 yards away. Absolutely confident in species. They were dusky brown. Definitely Not white, or goats.
I have never seen sheep in the big holes ever, and as traffic was very light I was able to stop and watch for a minute or two. Unfortunately I did not think to attempt a photo.
