Note: At 9:20 spotted PEFA fly in from south and land near primary eyrie; flew south out of sight; unsure of age - markings appear immature but not certain; at 9:30 PEFA flew to rock from south; hopped around top of rock, then perched and appeared to be calling (couldn't hear due to river); flew back south over ridge; same bird seen earlier? At 9:38 spotted PEFA flying up river (west) low; lost sight in background vegetation. Based on awkward landing, fidgeting, calling, failed attempts to land, this bird seemed to be behaving as a hatch-year bird.
