Note: 6:32 Movement seen at back of aerie. 6:48 Ad male perched in dead tree at top of cliff above aerie - flew from perch at 6:56. 7:06 Male landed at front of aerie for about 10 sec. then flew away. Female moved forward and appeared to pick something up and then returned to rear of aerie. 7:13 Female flew from aerie. 7:15 Male entered aerie and immediately went to rear. 7:53 Female perched in in dead tree at top of cliff above aerie. 8:00 Female flew from perch and male moved slightly toward front of aerie and then returned to rear. 8:30 Female spotted at top of pine tree approx 1/4 mi downriver from aerie. 9:34 Female landed just outside front of aerie and male came out to edge. After about 1 min, male went back to rear and female flew away. 10:30 No further notable activity; end observation.Checked on bald eagle nest and noted single chick that appears to be about 2-3 weeks from fledging.
