Species Account:
Note: Adult: 2|On tip from Dave Fake, observed small cliffs upriver by Penal Gulch from 09:30-13:15 with lots of white-throated sparrows, swallows, and rock pigeon, but no PEFA activity. Moved back to main eyrie cliffs at 13:45 and heard ee-chupping not long after starting observation. See 2 PEFA fly by cliff, skyline, and then disappear above and east of cliffs. Hear wailing at 15:15 and observe 1 PEFA fly around corner of a cliff and out of view. After shifting position, I observe 2 PEFA in shade of cliffs: an adult male feeding on prey and a 1-2 year old female perched nearby. Lots of wailing and observe a prey transfer with female then feeding on prey. After feeding, both birds continuing to perch at same site until I left.|Observation Distance: 200-300
