We surveyed all obvious habitat in the immediate vicinity. Other areas downstream from the dam may have potential habitat—moist areas along river, as well as moist areas away from river.
Monitoring or research needs for this population:
Annual census for at least several consecutive years.
Management needs for this population:
Maintenance of the hydrologic regime. Protection from OHVs, and from development—there’s a road on one side of population and gravel/debris pit on the other. The road has had construction work (maybe rebuilt?) recently—in conjunction with building the new bridge, when the old route across dam was rerouted.

We mapped three small patches with a single subpopulation.
