I know there is a "Hotspot" right next to this location but it would be helpful for us keeping track of birds we identify by county to have a separate "Hotspot" for the wetland area just north of the fence directly north of the Genesee Sewage Lagoon. North of the fence is Latah County and south of the fence is Nez Perce. I'm in the process of fixing my previous records for Genesee Sewage Lagoon to reflect which birds were seen in Latah vs Nez Perce counties. I was confused to were the county line was when I first stated birding this area. If there are two "Hotspots" listed then maybe other new birders could be more aware of this. I'm not sure if this is important to scientists who use eBird data but I think that it may be important to some of us eBirders.
