Species Account:
Theresa and I went birding after the guys left on the 4-wheeling adventure. Had the area to ourselves and really saw a lot of great birds. The Ash-throated was a very nice surprise. It was up the road and among the junipers and bushes. On the way down driving pick-ups and trailers, we saw 2 Sage Grouse along the road, Red-tails on nest, W Kingbirds, Phalropes and others. Nice drive home until ran into some thunderstorm weather with wind and rain.
