Species Account:
Frontal passage last night with rain, some moderate winds. Light rain, some wind during morning hours of observation period.--***--Additional comments: There were 55 total species, a much larger number than I ordinarily see here, and many individual birds present up and down the creek, both, along with the frontal passage, indicate a migration in progress. As evidence of a migration in progress were the following migrants that, to my knowledge, do not nest in the park: Green-tailed Towhee, Gray Flycatcher, Olive-sided Flycatcher, Hammond's Flycatcher, Cassin's Vireo, Nashville Warbler, and Wilson's Warbler.
