Four of us were golfing and on the tee box of hole 8 at Tamarack golf course in Valley County in the mid afternoon of 9/22/2024. The wolverine crossed the fairway ~ 200 yards in front moving from one wooded area to another. It looked to be quite large, maybe in the 40-50lb range. It was dark brown to black in color and had a very distinctive "trot" as it trotted across the fairway. I've seen badgers in person here in Valley County. This animal was much larger and taller. It happened quickly and I was unable to retrieve my cell phone from the golf bag for a picture. Coordinates of the observation was Latitude 44°39'5.53"N, Longitude 116° 6'54.71"W
