Species Account:
Viewed reservoir first from the dam and then stopped and scoped the area. Afternoon light made some distance grebes to the west difficult to pin down to species. Weather good, light breeze not a problem. Had a raccoon come down to the shore to search for food along the shoreline. Reservoir level low resulting in lots of small islands for birds to rest upon.
