Species Account:
Walked along the west side of the two Sewer Ponds and spent quite a bit of time just past the 1st pond. We were opposite the small farm pond on the west side of the Sewer Ponds. (I was going to use the existing "Salmon WTP" Hotspot but it's map location is no where near the correct location).
Apparently this is a "High Count". We often see several wood ducks, often pairs. They are most common in the 1st (south most) lagoon, whereas the other species of duck are more common in the second Lagoon or in the small "farm pond" to the west of the second lagoon.
