Species Account:
I have a feeling this bird is a Red-breasted Merganser but I'm afraid my photo is not good enough to confirm this 100%. This bird was with a large group of Horned Grebes near the Railroad Bridge. The bird took off and headed towards Whitman / Asotin counties.----<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/johnwalterhanna/8479529041/" title="IMG_5447 by johnwalterhanna, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8252/8479529041_c54744cd12.jpg" alt="IMG_5447"></a>
