This Excel workbook presents data collected from temporary captures during surveys for bats conducted on U. S. Forest Service Region 1 forests in Montana and Idaho. One sheet provides 2007 data for the Montana and Idaho forests (no data was collected that year in the Dakotas), another shows data for three years (2005–2007) on the Idaho Panhandle National Forests, and sheets are also provided for each of the Region 1 forests showing totals of bat captures for the appropriate subset of those three years. Any bats that were autopsied or identified by echolocation on the Idaho Panhandle National Forests in 2005–2007 were indicated on the 2005–2007 spreadsheet.
