Data from the 2011 and 2012 raptor nest aerial and terrestrial visual encounter surveys and the 2012 botany surveys assessing the possible impact on special status species from the proposed construction of a 300-mile long electric transmission line. This line runs between northeast Oregon and southwest Idaho and is known as the Boardman to Hemingway Transmission Line Project.
